1. Structural and Design Features
• Short Pitch Design: The chain pitch (the distance between the centers of adjacent pins) is relatively short, usually shorter than that of standard roller chains. It is suitable for high - speed transmission and frequent start - stop scenarios, and can reduce vibration and impact during transmission.
• High - strength Materials: High - quality alloy steels (such as 40CrNiMo, 42CrMo, etc.) are used for manufacturing. After precision machining and heat treatment (such as carburizing and quenching or medium - frequency induction quenching), the tensile strength and wear resistance are significantly improved.
