Chain plates (tooth-shaped plate pieces): Core components with precisely formed tooth-shaped profiles, usually arranged in pairs (inner chain links and outer chain links alternate and combine).
• Guide plates: Located on both sides of the chain, maintaining the chain's centering with the sprocket and preventing lateral deviation.
• Pins: Connect the chain plates and guide plates, usually made of high-strength alloy steel and hardened.
• Materials: Alloy steel, stainless steel, or engineering plastics (for light-load scenarios) are often used. The surface is often treated with carburizing and quenching, nickel plating, etc. to enhance wear resistance.

The transmission chain is a chain used for transmitting power and motion in mechanical transmission. It realizes the conversion of rotary motion or linear motion through the meshing of sprockets.

 

Precision conveyor chains are also composed of a series of bearings. They are fixed by chain plates with constraining functions, and the positional relationship between them is very precise. Each bearing includes a pin shaft and a sleeve, and the rollers of the chain rotate on them.

 

Stainless steel chain refers to a chain-link steel cable made of stainless steel wire or round steel. Generally, it is divided into stainless steel short-link chain and stainless steel long-link chain.
