The sugar machine chain is a high-strength and wear-resistant transmission chain specially designed for the sugar industry. It is mainly used in sugarcane presses, conveying equipment and sugar extraction systems. Due to the harsh production environment of sugar making (high humidity, high load, and syrup corrosion), the sugar machine chain needs to have excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance and tensile resistance.

The transmission chain is a chain used for transmitting power and motion in mechanical transmission. It realizes the conversion of rotary motion or linear motion through the meshing of sprockets.

 

Precision conveyor chains are also composed of a series of bearings. They are fixed by chain plates with constraining functions, and the positional relationship between them is very precise. Each bearing includes a pin shaft and a sleeve, and the rollers of the chain rotate on them.
