A series of cotter-pin type short-pitch precision roller chains have become the first choice for small and medium-sized transmission systems due to their characteristics of simple structure, economic practicality, and convenient maintenance. When selecting, it is necessary to focus on load, speed, environment and lubrication conditions. Regularly checking the fixed state of cotter pins can significantly extend the service life of the chain. For high-precision or extreme working conditions, it can be upgraded to a roller chain with a sealing ring or a silent chain to improve performance.

The transmission chain is a chain used for transmitting power and motion in mechanical transmission. It realizes the conversion of rotary motion or linear motion through the meshing of sprockets.

 

Precision conveyor chains are also composed of a series of bearings. They are fixed by chain plates with constraining functions, and the positional relationship between them is very precise. Each bearing includes a pin shaft and a sleeve, and the rollers of the chain rotate on them.

 

Stainless steel chain refers to a chain-link steel cable made of stainless steel wire or round steel. Generally, it is divided into stainless steel short-link chain and stainless steel long-link chain.

 

Agricultural machinery chains mainly include feeding chains with P2-type attached plates, lifting chains with Ld2-type attached plates, and corn harvesting chains with WK-type attached plates.
