Welded offset sidebar conveyor chain is composed of two offset sidebar plates welded with sleeves (without rollers) to form a welded offset sidebar chain link. The welded offset sidebar chain links are connected to form a whole chain. The number of links in the whole chain can be even or odd. The chain links are processed by advanced and efficient special welding equipment to ensure reliable welding quality. There are two types of products with different tensile strength indicators, WR series and WH series, for selection (WR series only has pin shafts and sleeves heat-treated, while WH series has all parts heat-treated). Welded offset sidebar conveyor chain is mainly suitable for poor working environments with low speed and heavy load, large impact, material wear and a large amount of dust. It has extensive applications in the forestry industry.
