Product Introduction

 

The scraper chain is the core component of the scraper conveyor. It is composed of multiple scraper plates and corresponding chain links. The scraper plates are connected together through chain rods to form a scraper chain that moves in a closed loop. The motor and reducer are the power devices of the scraper conveyor. Through the motor driving the rotation of the reducer, the movement of the scraper chain is driven. The scraper conveyor has the following advantages: First, the structure is simple, faults are not easy to occur, and the maintenance cost is low. Second, the transportation is stable, the material flow is continuous, and a large amount of materials can be transported. Third, due to the special movement trajectory of the scraper chain, the materials can be fully mixed, heated or cooled.
