Application fields of the overload bending plate roller chain: steel plants, mines, and grain machinery. It is mainly used for transmission and traction. The chain needs to have high strength, impact resistance, and good wear resistance. The chain plate of the chain has a bending plate structure. The chain is made of medium carbon alloy steel. Two processes, hot red pressing and cold pressing after annealing, are adopted. The pitch holes of the chain plate are processed by the punching and extrusion process, which increases the length of the bright band of the hole diameter, increases the mating area between the chain plate and the pin shaft, and improves the pull-out force between the pin shaft and the chain plate.
